We happily welcome walk-in clients but strongly recommend booking an appointment in advance to avoid any disappointment. Appointments are accepted up to a week in advance and we regret that we do not accept bookings via email or from blocked phone numbers.

Pre-booked appointments must be reconfirmed on the day of your appointment by 10am for the day shift, and 6pm for the evening shift. Clients who do not confirm by these times may forfeit their appointments.

Persons who do not call to express a late arrival may be considered a no-show and risk forfeiting their appointment.

Due to the possibility of last minute schedule changes, we also strongly recommend calling the spa or checking our online schedule before arriving for your appointment.
