Creating an account is now required to make appointments at Premier, but registering is quick, easy and discreet. To sign up, simply CLICK HERE and follow the instructions. If you have any difficulty at all registering your number, please simply call us at 416 661-7887 and we will be happy to help you out!
You only need to verify your cell number with us the first time you set up your account. The number you register must be your own cell phone number that we can text whenever necessary. Please also be advised that we do not answer calls from private, blocked or text app numbers, and you cannot use such numbers for account registration.
Your privacy is incredibly important to us and your discretion is assured. Any texts we send will come from an anonymous phone number that cannot be called or traced to our business. Texts will always be intentionally vague and will never mention our spa name, the type of business, your user name or any attendant’s name.
Please make all appointments exclusively by phone. Clients are no longer required to call and confirm advance appointments at the beginning of the shift. Our website schedule will always be accurately maintained in real time, so if by chance your attendant takes the day off or leaves during her shift this will immediately be updated on our online schedule. Please be sure to double check our website to make sure the lady you booked is still on schedule before coming to the spa.
For the privacy and safety of our clientele we are now only allowing one client at a time in our reception areas. Please call us at 416 661-7887 from the parking lot when you first arrive for your appointment. If we cannot bring you in right away we will call or text you to let you know when to come in. Please be advised if we call it will be from our Premier business number. This is the only circumstance we will ever call you. If we need to communicate with you for any other reason all contact will be made exclusively by anonymous text via your verified cell number on file.
If you are not feeling well in any way, have traveled outside of Canada in the past 14 days, or have been in contact with anyone sick or suspected of having COVID-19, please stay home!
If you have to cancel your appointment for any reason, please contact us BY PHONE ONLY to let us know ASAP! We require a minimum of three hours notice for cancelations. Clients who fail to show up for their appointments without canceling or cancel with inadequate notice will be forbidden from making future bookings.
Walk in clients are still welcome, but you must call first and we will inform you when you can come in to find out who is available and meet our attendants.
